 Linda C. Walsh, President
Linda is a former corporate executive with a background in leadership, communications, talent development, strategy, organizational effectiveness and change management. She is a graduate of Royal Roads University, is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and accredited by the International Coach Federation with the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation.
Prior to coaching, Linda was a Vice President for Canadian Tire and CIBC and has held senior organizational development and line general management roles for over 20 years in the telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing and internet sectors.
In addition to her coaching practice, she leads workshops in Leadership & Change, has taught Negotiations and Communication at University of Toronto and consults with clients across a number of organizations including independent schools, universities, health care, insurance, financial services, government, telecommunications, and manufacturing, automotive, and corporate real estate sectors.
She has considerable expertise in working with high potential resources, providing assessment and feedback, coaching and guidance as they develop their strategic plans, communication strategies, and personal development plans as well as managing broader life balance issues and personal challenges.
