Organizational Assessment:

-
Organizational Culture Reports - Getting to know your company's culture helps you determine if the behaviours expected of employees support or detract from high performance. An Organizational Culture report will assist in the identification of root causes of company-wide problems, as well as suggest solutions and strategies to solve them.
- Employee Satisfaction Survey Reports - Employee satisfaction can be affected by many factors. Leadership skills and attitudes are a major source, as is the organizational culture. There could also be other internal factors such as working conditions, salary and benefits, systems and job security. Whatever the cause, a good first step is to measure their level of satisfaction and then implement strategies to begin the process of change.
Reports can be customized by adding supplementary questions and sub-group analysis. Please contact us for assistance in designing your reports.
