Interview-Based 360 Feedback

At Evolution we customized our questionnaires based on the clients' leadership competencies.
Personal interviews are conducted with the leader's colleagues, direct reports and manager. The feedback is then synthesized into a report that represents their perception of the leaders' style, skills and abilities. The client is able to receive concrete, relevant and detailed information to guide their future.
Development Planning and Goal Setting
