Linda C. Walsh, President Evolution ConsultingLinda is an executive coach and leader based in Toronto.  She is a former corporate executive with a background in communications, talent and career development, strategy, organizational effectiveness and change management.  She is a graduate of Royal Roads University, is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and accredited by the International Coach Federation with the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation. Linda was recently awarded a Masters Certificate in Positive Psychology and Quality of Life Therapy and Coaching.
 
Prior to coaching, Linda was a Vice President for  Canadian Tire and CIBC and has held senior organizational development and line general management roles for over 20 years in the telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing and internet sectors.
 
In addition to her coaching practice, she leads workshops in Leadership & Change, has taught Negotiations and Communication at University of Toronto  and consults with clients across a number of organizations including health care, insurance, financial services, government, telecommunications, and manufacturing, automotive, universities and schools and corporate real estate sectors.
 
She has considerable expertise in working with executives during their first six months and high potential resources developing for succession to more senior levels. She provides assessment and feedback, coaching and executive guidance as leaders develop their strategic plans and communication strategies.  She also works with leaders in transition developing personal life plans as well as managing broader life balance issues and relationship challenges.
